Tenant Important Information
Emergencies
- For life-threatening or serious emergencies, always call 911 immediately.
- For after-hours maintenance emergencies, call AppFolio Smart Maintenance at (360) 564-0638.
- Submit non-emergency maintenance requests anytime online through the Tenant Portal or on our website under the tenant section.
Rent Payments
- Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
- Tenants pay rent through the AppFolio Tenant Portal using electronic ACH check payments at no charge.
- Rent can also be paid by debit or credit card; however, processing fees will apply when using these methods.
- Rent paid after the 5th of the month will incur a late fee of 10% on the entire monthly rent amount.
