Rent Payments
Tenant can pay on their online tenant portal through Appfolio with electronic check or credit card. If using credit cards there is a processing fee. Rent is due on the 1st of every month and a late fee will be assessed on the 2nd of 10% of the rent. If there is a problem please contact management.
